By downloading or using Smart TV Remote: Stick & Box ("the app") you agree to these terms. The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with the terms below.

Remote Pro subscriptions

• Remote Pro unlocks voice control, the Apple Watch remote, more saved TVs and an ad-free experience. It is offered as a weekly, monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the paid period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Using the app

The app works with supported TVs and streaming devices on the same Wi-Fi network as your phone. Some features depend on your TV's model and software, and may change if the maker changes them. The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
